The investment land is located within Tricity Agglomeration (1.6 million residents) which is one of the biggest economic hubs in the Baltic Sea Area. The plot is located just a 25-minute drive away from Gdańsk City Centre and Gdańsk Airport, which enables easy transportation for the employees. The plot is located alongside Motorway A1 (around the Rusocin junction).
The area is currently being re-zoned to accommodate semiconductor manufacturing facilities. The utility development plan to supply energy, gas, water, and waste-water infrastructure that will meet semiconductor industry demand has been elaborated. The area will be connected to the motorway junction by a dual-carriageway road.
